About Us
Established in 2000, Lowen+Associates, LLC was created with the vision to utilize the talents of the founding principals design and project management skills in a practice that reflects our commitment to client satisfaction and design excellence.
A small boutique firm, with heavy principal involvement on all projects, we have learned to accommodate the demands of our projects through teamwork, between the designer, owners and the general contractors, striving to exceed our client’s expectations.
Without the structure of specialized studios and many employees, we have the opportunity to stay close to our work throughout the design process to end of construction. Our work is a reflection of ourselves, and it makes our practice very challenging and rewarding.
Our recent experience includes several projects for Waterstone Office Park-New commercial office developments along the new pedestrian greenway and river walk, for Rutherford County— The Rutherford County Highway Department, The City of Murfreesboro Fleet Maintenance/Solid Waste Department and City-Operated Mulching Facility, as well as the Rutherford County Special Operations Center.
We also are building our firm’s reputation in the private sector with restaurants, clubs and lounges, retail centers, churches, commercial office buildings, and financial institutions.
